To all our customers We are sorry to inform our customers that we will have to close our internet service on Mar 18th 2012.  The billing for Feb will be the last bill you receive, even though your service will continue until Mar 18th, 2012.

We apologize for the short notice. We had been trying in the last two months to secure continuing service for everyone, but we were unable to come to an agreement with the other party in the last few days. Which has left us only one option.

We can not compete with The National Carriers who are rapidly moving into the area and taking (and continue to take) our customers. They are able to give the service for a more affordable price and we can not blame anyone for moving to any of these carriers in these difficult economic times. Also, we are unable to absorb the increasing cost of adding more and more bandwidth to meet our customer's needs today.

If you have a Sierra Surfin Email address, you will need to find another email provider. If you are using SierraSurfin email via email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc.) or by Webmail you MUST be sure that you have downloaded all of you email to YOUR computer and deleted them from our email server. Please remember, access to our email server will END on March 18, 2012

We thank you for allowing us to serve you the last 6 years and wish you well.  Many of you have been with us so long we consider you friends.  We feel bad that it has come to this, but we have to move on. Even though this may be a burden for a lot of you to lose high speed internet service, we feel that it probably will just be a matter of time until all of you are able to get better service from a national carrier.

As soon as possible after Mar 18th, 2012 we will come out to get the units on your property.  This may take awhile, weather permitting.
